This package brings your new identity to life in a high-momentum, collaborative 6-week sprint. To protect your time, our design schedule is anchored by intentional live touchpoints:
• Pre-Project Prep: Secure your deposit and complete strategic homework to map out your audience, directives, and visual inspiration.
• Weeks 1–2 | Alignment & Strategy: We’ll kick off with a live review of your homework. In our 2nd live review, I’ll present 2–3 mood boards to lock in our aesthetic direction, then begin sketching initial logo concepts.
• Weeks 3–4 | Concept & Refinement: In our 3rd live review, we’ll discuss the custom logo concepts. Once you select the winning direction, I refine the assets and meticulously pair them with compatible fonts and color palettes for your review.
• Weeks 5–6 | Handoff & Launch: Meet live to review the refined design system and finalize details. In our final meeting, we’ll wrap up with a walkthrough of your Brand Style Board and I’ll hand off the production-ready logo files.

Project Extensions: To maintain our fast-tracked 6-week velocity, this package includes a fixed number of refinement phases. If your project requires additional revision rounds or extended design meetings beyond the structured timeline, they can be added at a flat rate of $375 per extra design round and review session.
Full Brand Kit Package
This comprehensive package expands on the foundational branding package into a fully scaled visual ecosystem. Beyond the core logo assets, this kit provides a complete set of marketing touchpoints, including a print asset, digital brand launch asset, and an in-depth style guide, designed to keep your brand completely unified across every platform.

This package brings your comprehensive visual ecosystem to life in an intentional, collaborative 10-week timeline. To protect your time, our design schedule is anchored by intentional live touchpoints:
• Pre-Project Prep: Secure your deposit and complete strategic homework to map out your audience, directives, and visual inspiration.
• Weeks 1–3 | Alignment & Strategy: We’ll kick off with a live review of your homework. In our 2nd live review, I’ll present 2–3 mood boards to lock in our aesthetic path, then begin mapping out your core strategy and custom illustrative elements.• Weeks 4–6 | Core Design & Concepting: In our 3rd live review, we’ll discuss the primary logo concepts in real-world mockups. Once a direction is chosen, I refine the main asset and pair it with compatible custom typography and color palettes.
• Weeks 7–8 | System Expansion & Collateral: We’ll meet for our 4th live review to lock in the primary mark. From there, I build out your full visual ecosystem, including secondary logos, brandmarks, your custom collateral design, and the brand launch social graphic.
• Weeks 9–10 | Handoff & Launch: In our final meeting, we’ll do a complete walkthrough of your comprehensive Brand Style Guide and asset directory. I will hand over all beautifully organized, production-ready vector and web files.

To maintain our 10-week velocity, this package includes a structured number of refinement phases. If your project requires additional revision rounds, custom design iterations outside the initial framework, or if the timeline gets extended due to delayed feedback, additions will be billed at a flat rate of $375 per project extension week.

This package brings your new website to life in a high-momentum, collaborative 6-week sprint. To protect your time, our design schedule is anchored by four intentional live touchpoints:
• Pre-Project Prep: Secure your deposit and complete your onboarding checklist to deliver your finalized branding, imagery, copy drafts, and functional user goals.
• Weeks 1–2 | Blueprint & Anchor: We kick off with a live review of your materials. I’ll create an aesthetic website moodboard and initial homepage layout. In our 2nd live meeting, we lock in this primary design anchor and content flow.
• Weeks 3–4 | System Expansion: While you review the approved homepage, I build out your next critical core sub-pages. In our 3rd live review, we assess the site structure together before I finalize your remaining layouts and create the mobile version.
• Weeks 5–6 | Optimization & Launch: We meet for our 4th live review to audit the entire completed ecosystem. After executing final minor tweaks, running full mobile responsive testing, building out foundational SEO, and linking your external domains/schedulers, your site officially goes live!

Client Requirements: You don’t have to do the heavy lifting alone. We will co-create your digital footprint from the ground up through a highly collaborative partnership. While you bring the raw business insights, core concepts, and baseline brand directives, I take the lead on the strategy—auditing and shaping your messaging architecture to hit an intentional, professional tone. I also provide extensive visual support, translating your brand elements into a cohesive visual story and curating high-end stock imagery if needed to completely elevate your online presence.

• Weeks 4–7 | Phased Layout Production: I design your homepage anchor first. In our 3rd meeting, we review it live before rolling out the remaining sub-pages in a rhythmic, two-by-two design schedule—supported by live reviews in meetings 4 and 5.
