A comprehensive brand reset and digital overhaul for Upgraded Human Wellness to align their visual identity with the business’s evolved, multi-generational offerings. By shifting the aesthetic from a cold, clinical tone to an elevated and authoritative space, I designed a trusted digital home built specifically to capture a discerning wellness audience.
The Creative Challenge
The client's existing brand relied on a hyper-masculine, cold, clinical-first visual language that felt completely misaligned with their growth.
The challenge was to completely dismantle those loud "biohacker" tropes without swinging too far into overly "crunchy" or cliché wellness trends.
As a tele-health service, we needed to build immediate consumer trust, pivot the creative direction to speak their female decision-maker audience, and gracefully support patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Brand Identity & Logo
I developed a chic, calm, and modern visual framework utilizing high-end restraint, generous whitespace, and editorial typography. I built a simple, mono-friendly logo system featuring a primary logo, a secondary mark, and an icon-only version optimized to stay highly recognizable even at micro-sizes like app icons and social avatars.
Grounded by strong anatomical human-silhouette-driven marks rather than aggressive fitness imagery, I woven in subtle, quiet symbolic undertones referencing structure and foundation, balancing soft feminine neutrals with an undeniable underlying strength.
Website Design & Build
To convert passive visitors into telehealth clients, I engineered a streamlined user interface centered around warmth, clarity, and instant trust. I replaced text-heavy blocks with intentional hierarchy and high-impact layouts, ensuring that the patient onboarding process felt as calm and welcoming as an elite in-person clinic.
The entire frontend architecture was designed to feel premium yet completely accessible, positioning Upgraded Human Wellness as a clear authority in the virtual care space.
Social Media Assets
To support the brand's expansive future footprint across digital apps, labs, social platforms, and events, I built a highly versatile and scalable media kit. I deployed a cohesive suite of custom social templates and visual assets designed to remain razor-sharp across all platforms.
By establishing strict design guidelines anchored in minimal elements and a calm color palette, I empowered the client to easily maintain a unified, authoritative brand presence across every single piece of content they put out.
